(1) What are the benefits and rewards of therapy?

Caring therapy can be a life-changing event for many people. It can lessen burdens, open opportunities, and bring clarity and calm. But the therapeutic process can also bring fear and confusion in confronting and overcoming buried anxieties. I am trained and dedicated to making the process a caring journey with all the support that you need. I will never ask you to make a journey that I have not taken myself.


Length of Sessions

I offer two appointment times to best serve the needs of my clients. I offer 50 minute sessions as well as 90 minute sessions.


(3) What therapeutic approaches will I use in our sessions?

The therapeutic approaches I tend to utilize during our sessions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Therapy.  Relaxation techniques, meditation, and guided imagery are also utilized in some of our sessions should they be appropriate.
